📋 Description

• Assist in overseeing the restaurant's day-to-day operations • Lead and develop a young team • Set quality and service objectives • Hands-on involvement in daily operations • Staff scheduling, inventory management, restaurant workflow planning & budget planning • Ensure quality and hygiene standards, including monitoring restaurant performance metrics • Conduct interviews and select new employees • Deliver employee training

• Several years of experience in the restaurant or hotel industry • Experience managing teams • You are a motivator and a supportive point of contact for the team • An eye for talent • Service-oriented approach
