📋 Description

• Independently and comprehensively handle cases within the insolvency and crisis focus area, including full case documentation and presentation with all necessary data and knowledge • Develop group-level strategies and strategies for individual brands, including all coordination and preliminary discussions with internal and external stakeholders • Negotiate and draft all contracts required in the context of a restructuring or insolvency, such as continuation agreements, support agreements, or trade agreements • Take primary responsibility for negotiations with insolvency administrators, banks, shareholders and other stakeholders • Participate in creditors’ committees as a representative of Volkswagen AG and prepare legal opinions and recommended courses of action in the area of restructuring

🎯 Requirements

• Completed law degree including First and Second State Examinations (German legal qualifications) • Relevant professional experience in insolvency and restructuring law • Additional training in economics/business administration would be desirable • Economically pragmatic mindset and confident presence • English language level B2 • Strong negotiation skills
