📋 Description

• As an Expansion Manager (m/f/d) you will drive our expansion strategy in the Berlin region or Northern/Eastern Germany and be responsible for negotiating and managing new and existing lease agreements. • You will source potential and existing retail locations by reviewing incoming leasing opportunities and quickly identifying which storefronts are attractive and suitable for our concepts. • Your strong knowledge of tenancy and lease law enables you to independently negotiate new lease agreements up to contract finalization and to effectively renegotiate existing contracts. • Through continuous market and competitor analysis you will identify trends early and derive concrete expansion and growth opportunities for our brands. • In the site search process you will work closely with prospective franchisees, landlords, and our partners. • You will contribute to expansion projects and represent the company at relevant industry events. • By establishing and maintaining long-term, trust-based relationships with key landlords and partners, you will lay the foundation for our continued growth.

🎯 Requirements
