• As a Field Partner Manager (m/f/d), you are responsible for the operational implementation of the brands BackWerk, Backfactory and Ditsch. • Thanks to your experience and enthusiasm for the food market, you consistently provide professional support to our partners, develop operational measures and implement them in a targeted way. • You drive our store checks competently and proactively and take responsibility for documenting the processes. • Through targeted coaching of our partners and their employees, you ensure positive development of the stores in your deployment region. • With your enthusiasm for our products, you easily train our partners on product preparation. • You actively participate in the selection, hiring and, if necessary, dismissal of agency partners. • Thanks to your organisational talent, you ensure a smooth handover of stores to our franchise or agency partners. • In the event of disruptions, you report them and take over coordination and decisions regarding emergency repairs.
• You have completed vocational training in system catering, grocery retail or a food trade, or a comparable degree. • You also have initial experience in field sales, ideally in the food or hospitality sector. • You identify with our values – “Open”, “Passionate”, “Trustworthy”, and “Togetherness” – and want to contribute to a shared company culture. • Our customers and their needs are at the centre of everything we do. • You enjoy working in this fast-paced food business and helping to shape change. • You want our brands to be successful; you therefore do your work with passion and think beyond the obvious. • Your hands-on mentality and strong customer orientation make it easy for you to work with a wide range of customers and partners. • You are prepared to travel frequently within the Cologne – Koblenz – Mainz area and ideally are based near Koblenz.
