📋 Description

• Manage the restaurant’s day-to-day operations • Lead and develop a young team • Set quality and service objectives • Actively participate in daily operations • Staff scheduling, inventory management, restaurant workflow planning & budgeting • Ensure quality and hygiene standards, including monitoring restaurant KPIs • Conduct interviews and select new employees • Lead team meetings • Deliver employee training

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of experience in restaurants or the hotel industry • Fluent German (at least C1 level) • Experience leading teams • You are both a motivator and a point of contact for your team • An eye for talent • Service-oriented working style
