📋 Description

• Manage the restaurant’s day-to-day operations • Lead and develop a young team • Establish and maintain quality and service standards • Actively participate in daily operational tasks • Staff scheduling, inventory management, restaurant workflow planning & budgeting • Ensure adherence to quality and hygiene standards, including monitoring key restaurant metrics • Conduct job interviews and select new staff • Lead team meetings • Deliver employee training

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of experience in gastronomy or hotel management • Fluent German (minimum C1 level) • Experience leading teams • Motivational leader and point of contact for staff • Strong eye for talent • Service-oriented working style
