📋 Description

• Own regional P&L and deliver revenue, profit, and distribution targets across selected markets • Manage existing distributor partners and identify and develop new business opportunities • Lead annual business planning, distributor reviews, and QBRs • Drive execution with operators and distributors across portfolio priorities, activations, pricing, and visibility standards • Serve as primary contact for regional partners and provide commercial guidance and support • Monitor market performance through KPIs, sales analysis, and business reviews • Translate insights into corrective actions and growth opportunities • Define and manage pricing, promotional investments, and A&P spend • Work cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Marketing, and Supply Chain • Travel regularly for customer meetings, trade activations, airport and travel retail visits, and industry events

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field • Solid commercial experience within the spirits industry • 7+ years of experience in international sales, key account management, or distributor management • Strong commercial track record • Proven experience managing both export and domestic markets • Experience in route-to-market management through distributors and/or importers is highly preferred • Full professional proficiency in both English and Spanish is essential • Strong negotiation skills and commercial acumen • Ability to operate effectively across different cultures and business environments • Valid driver's license • Based in Western Europe, with convenient access to a major international airport • Frequent travel is required
