📋 Description

• Manage all Facilities Management service delivery within the designated geographic area • Take full 360-degree responsibility for the success of the PM/FM contract across the region • Prioritize HSE regulations for all stakeholders • Ensure client satisfaction and respond to client needs • Ensure the contract is profitable for JLL • Collaborate with the Finance Manager and Account Director on budget preparation and forecasting • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers and service providers • Promote innovation and develop best practices across the scope of services • Proactively work with operational teams on value-added projects and initiatives • Supervise and oversee FM operations and works • Set objectives for the team and manage personnel and tasks across teams • Develop and implement cross-disciplinary best practices to meet client and legal requirements • Monitor KPIs and business objectives • Participate in investigations related to incidents and claims across the region • Ensure an integrated approach across facilities management and service management operations

🎯 Requirements

• Higher education degree (Master’s level or equivalent) • Extensive experience in Facility Management • Proven experience in roles with similar responsibilities • Highly organized, rigorous and systematic approach • Strong written and verbal communication skills and excellent interpersonal abilities • Strong service ethic and a flexible approach to client requirements • Operational knowledge of engineering services and building/occupant services • Commercial, financial and operational understanding of the client environment • Experience in budget management and financial analysis • Experience managing and delivering moves and relocations • Experience in facilities management operations • Knowledge of tools, working methods and industry best practices • Advanced IT skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
