📋 Description

• Manage and develop relationships with third-party distributors across France, the Nordics and future additional European markets • Identify, evaluate and onboard new distribution partners to support the international expansion strategy • Negotiate commercial agreements and contracts with existing and prospective distributor partners • Provide strategic guidance on brand positioning, product portfolio, pricing, go-to-market strategies and in-market activation • Build and maintain relationships with key retailers and relevant market stakeholders • Monitor market performance, identify growth opportunities and create actionable recommendations to accelerate business development • Collaborate with the International Growth Team on commercial strategy, product portfolio, pricing, in-market activation and other growth initiatives • Analyse commercial performance and financial KPIs to support business decisions and ensure sustainable market growth • Act as the central point of contact for assigned markets and align internal and external stakeholders to achieve growth targets

🎯 Requirements

• 5–10 years of professional experience in international business development, distributor management, commercial management or a comparable role within FMCG, nutrition, food or consumer goods • Successfully managed multiple international markets and worked closely with external distribution partners • Strong experience in commercial negotiations and contract management • Excellent financial and commercial acumen and ability to interpret business performance metrics • Proven track record of building long-term relationships with distributors, retailers and external business partners • Highly proactive, entrepreneurial and comfortable taking ownership in a fast-paced environment • Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with a small, highly motivated international team • Business-fluent French language skills and confidence negotiating contracts and managing senior business relationships in French • Fluent in English • Additional European languages are a plus
