📋 Description

• You will ensure the sustainable continuation of technical mastery and leadership of the production line. • To achieve this, you will lead a key line of the business (technical, systems or organizational) to deliver the defined outcomes based on the site's priority needs. • You will ensure that the main business results are achieved and develop additional results to ensure the sustainable continuation of technical mastery across the production chain. • Through a systematic approach, you will apply your strategic thinking skills to embed results for the long term. • In this role you will also be responsible for budget preparation, cost management, governance and compliance issues, waste elimination and workforce planning, including recruitment, retention, development, succession planning and identification of high-potential employees. • You will be an essential link in delivering quality snacks to our customers.

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s degree (Bac+5) or engineering degree • At least 5 years’ experience, including significant industry experience (Food & Beverage, Pharmaceuticals, Cosmetics, Automotive or equivalent) • Proven experience in team management (direct and cross-functional) • Team development and conflict management • Ability to juggle short-term field actions and medium/long-term projects • Rigor and organization: formalization and follow-up of action plans • Strong culture of Safety, Quality, Hygiene and Environment • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing / continuous improvement (IL6S, Six Sigma…) • Technical knowledge of industrial equipment • Analytical, planning and root-cause problem-solving skills • Good command of English preferred (minimum B2 level).
