📋 Description

• Lead / Support surgical freight initiatives • Be the SPOC / Project Lead for several transportation topics • Support with the preparation of the annual carrier budget + monitoring • Oversee the overall shipment flows • Cross collaboration with manufacturing sites, 3PL’s providers, and distribution centers on transfers and transportation needs between sites • Interface between Transportation SX and Global Transportation, APL Supply Chain HUB, EL Supply Chain / Logistics Operation, Warehouses, IT, etc. • Attend weekly orchestrator calls with the countries and stakeholders from other functions (S&OP, WH&D, Customer Operations) / lead and coordinate the transportation topics • Collaborate with our procurement team for RFQs and ad-hoc freight cost analysis • Perform “ad-hoc” analysis and on-going statistics • Active participation in continuous improvement process (CIP) by completing CIP projects to drive savings towards financial targets • Measure & improve service performance (on-time, OTIF…) • Resolve transportation routing errors, late pickups/deliveries • Support Global and Regional financial targets through operational excellence

🎯 Requirements

• Relevant education enabling successful performance in logistics, supply chain, or related fields • Experience in transportation management, freight forwarding, vendor management, or supply chain operations • Strong technical understanding of logistics processes, customs compliance, and GxP‑aligned documentation practices • Behaviors that include proactive problem‑solving, clear communication, accountability, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
