📋 Description

• Drive sustainable growth of the company's brands across international European markets • Manage and develop relationships with third-party distributors across France, the Nordics and future European markets • Identify, evaluate and onboard new distribution partners • Negotiate commercial agreements and contracts with distributor partners • Provide strategic guidance on brand positioning, product portfolio, pricing, go-to-market strategies and in-market activation • Build and maintain relationships with key retailers and relevant market stakeholders • Monitor market performance and identify growth opportunities • Create actionable recommendations to accelerate business development • Collaborate with the International Growth Team on commercial strategy, product portfolio, pricing and growth initiatives • Analyse commercial performance and financial KPIs • Serve as the central point of contact for assigned markets and align internal and external stakeholders to achieve growth targets

🎯 Requirements

• 5–10 years of professional experience in international business development, distributor management, commercial management or a comparable role within FMCG, nutrition, food or consumer goods • Experience managing multiple international markets and working closely with external distribution partners • Strong experience in commercial negotiations and contract management • Excellent financial and commercial acumen and ability to interpret business performance metrics • Proven track record of building long-term relationships with distributors, retailers and external business partners • Highly proactive and entrepreneurial, comfortable taking ownership in a fast-paced environment • Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with a small international team • Business-fluent French language skills and confidence negotiating contracts and managing senior business relationships in French • Fluency in English • Additional European languages are a plus
