• Manage and support enterprise-grade network infrastructure, including hybrid cloud environments (AWS/Azure) • Configure and troubleshoot network components including routers, switches, SD-WAN, firewalls, VPNs, wireless controllers, and load balancers • Manage cloud networking components such as VPCs, VNets, NSGs, subnets, and cloud gateways • Provide L2-level troubleshooting for complex network and infrastructure issues • Independently perform L2-level activities for infrastructure upgrades, hardware refreshes, patching • Execute network changes following ITIL-based incident and change management practices • Participate in major incident management (P1/P2) and support on-call rotations • Ensure compliance with security and audit standards; participate in infra-audits • Collaborate with vendors for issue resolution and escalations • Mentor L1 team, support knowledge sharing, and drive operational excellence in shift-based support • Contribute to internal documentation, SOPs, and knowledge base updates
• Total Experience: 4 to 7 years • Relevant Network Experience (Enterprise/Corporate): 3 to 6 years • Proven hands-on L2-level experience with enterprise networking technologies (Cisco, Juniper, Fortinet, AWS, Azure, etc.) • Familiarity with network security best practices and configurations • Ability to work in 24x7 shift operations, including night/weekend rotations
