📋 Description

• Administer SAP Basis and SAP Security/Authorization in enterprise SAP environments • Support SAP Production environments through monitoring, troubleshooting, performance management, availability management, and incident resolution • Manage SAP system administration, transports, RFCs, kernel updates, patches, system refreshes, and technical configurations • Manage SAP users, roles, profiles, authorizations, and access troubleshooting using PFCG, SU01/SU10, SU53, and SUIM • Implement and support SAP Security controls, Segregation of Duties, access reviews, and audit/compliance requirements • Troubleshoot technical Basis and authorization/security issues across SAP landscapes • Coordinate changes and transports across Development, QA, and Production environments • Collaborate with Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, GRC, Functional, and Business teams

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with SAP Basis administration and SAP Security/Authorization management in enterprise SAP environments • Strong experience supporting SAP Production environments, including monitoring, troubleshooting, performance, system availability, and incident resolution • Solid knowledge of SAP system administration, transports, RFCs, kernel updates, patches, system refreshes, and technical configurations • Hands-on experience with SAP users, roles, profiles, authorizations, and access troubleshooting, including PFCG, SU01/SU10, SU53, and SUIM • Experience with SAP Security controls, Segregation of Duties (SoD), access reviews, and audit/compliance requirements • Experience with SAP HANA and/or S/4HANA environments • Ability to troubleshoot technical Basis issues and authorization/security issues across SAP landscapes • Experience working with Development, QA, and Production environments and coordinating changes/transports • Strong understanding of SAP security best practices, access controls, and production support processes • Ability to collaborate with Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, GRC, Functional, and Business teams • Advanced conversational English and Spanish essential; will be evaluated • Foreigners residing in Mexico must have a valid INE, CURP, NSS, and RFC • Must be located in Mexico and have the right to work there
