📋 Description

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable ETL/ELT pipelines using Talend • Integrate data from multiple systems and sources for business and analytics requirements • Develop and optimize data transformation and integration processes • Troubleshoot complex data and pipeline issues and perform root cause analysis • Ensure pipelines are reliable, maintainable, testable, and production-ready • Participate in code reviews and follow development and data engineering best practices • Collaborate with technical and business teams to understand requirements and deliver data solutions • Support deployments, releases, and production environments

🎯 Requirements

• Senior-level Data Engineering experience • Strong hands-on experience with Talend for ETL/data integration • Strong experience developing and supporting production-grade data pipelines • Solid knowledge of SQL and data transformation concepts • Experience with Git and version control • Working knowledge of CI/CD, automated testing, release pipelines, and observability • Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills for complex data issues • Experience working with cross-functional technical and business teams • Experience developing Java-based applications preferred • Experience with cloud data platforms or Big Data technologies preferred • Experience with additional ETL/orchestration tools preferred • Familiarity with data quality and monitoring practices preferred • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to work independently and take ownership of technical issues • Strong communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders • Advanced conversational English and Spanish essential • Foreign residents in Mexico must have valid INE, CURP, NSS, and RFC
