📋 Description

• Support Enterprise Bundled Releases (EBR) and OFF-EBR releases • Coordinate deployments and release execution activities • Support release planning and deployment preparation • Execute and monitor application deployments across Non-Production and Production environments • Prepare and maintain deployment runbooks, implementation plans, and release documentation • Support rollback and post-release validation activities • Create and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Bitbucket, and GitHub • Track release activities, issues, risks, and dependencies through Jira and CRR processes • Coordinate with cross-functional development, QA, environment, and operations teams during release execution

🎯 Requirements

• 2 to 5 years of experience in Release Engineering, DevOps, Application Support, or Deployment Management • Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools and deployment activities • Exposure to Production and Non-Production release support • Jenkins, GitHub, Jira, Bitbucket, and YAML Pipelines • Terraform • Shell/PowerShell scripting • Python preferred • AWS deployment concepts • Advanced conversational English and Spanish essential; will be evaluated • Good verbal and written communication skills • Strong coordination and stakeholder management abilities • Ability to work with cross-functional teams and support critical release windows • Proactive issue identification and escalation mindset • If a foreigner residing in Mexico, valid INE, CURP, NSS, and RFC • Must be located in Mexico • Must have a visa to work in Mexico
