📋 Description

• Drive adoption of development services, including Performance Engineering, Continuous Integration, Continuous Delivery, and collaboration across delivery teams • Design and implement efficient CI/CD flows that transition code from development to production with high quality and minimal manual effort • Collaborate across development, operations, and product teams to prioritize needs and build stakeholder relationships • Design, analyze, and troubleshoot large-scale distributed systems • Debug and optimize code • Automate routine tasks and expand automation capabilities • Manage difficult situations and make critical decisions with a strong sense of urgency

🎯 Requirements

• BS degree in Computer Science or a related technical field involving coding (e.g., physics or mathematics), or equivalent practical experience • Solid experience with CI/CD tools including Git/BitBucket, Jenkins, Maven, Artifactory, Groovy, and Chef • Extensive hands-on experience in cloud-based architecture, preferably Azure and PCF • Proven experience with Java, J2EE, WebServices (SOAP/REST), Spring/Spring Boot, and Hibernate • Strong background in algorithms, data structures, scripting, pipeline management, and software design • Experience working within an Agile Development Environment • Experience working across development, operations, and product teams • Experience with monitoring and containerization tools such as Splunk, Dynatrace, Docker, and Kubernetes is a strong plus • Familiarity with cloud-native foundations or AI coding assistants • Advanced oral English • Advanced Spanish • Systematic problem-solving approach and strong communication skills • High-performance mindset, resilience, emotional intelligence, and focus on agile delivery • Deep understanding of the difference between coding and engineering
