📋 Description

• Install, configure, and maintain Windows Servers, including Windows Server 2016/2019/2022 • Monitor system performance, availability, and security • Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and other Windows services • Manage Exchange 2016/2019 and Office 365 Exchange Online environments • Perform system updates, patches, and backups • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues • Implement and maintain disaster recovery strategies • Manage file and print services, user permissions, and access controls • Automate routine tasks using PowerShell or other scripting tools • Collaborate with development teams to deploy and maintain applications • Manage incidents and communicate with users, application owners, and senior stakeholders • Improve infrastructure stability and performance by identifying recurring failures and advising on permanent fixes, including Linux-related issues • Use engineering automation tools and machine-learning techniques to detect production health discrepancies and automate health restoration • Identify processes suitable for automation and collaborate with the Engineering team

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of Windows administration and application support experience • Strong understanding of Unix and Windows Server architecture • Proficiency with Windows/Unix/Linux-based operating systems, commands, utilities, and Configuration Management Tools • Proficiency managing Windows Server environments • Strong knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, and DHCP • Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMWare and Hyper-V • Familiarity with TCP/IP, firewalls, and VPNs • Basic troubleshooting knowledge of MS Exchange 2016/2019 and M365 suite • Experience with Dell iDRAC, HP iLO, VCenter/vSphere, or similar remote management consoles • Hands-on PowerShell scripting for Windows OS and applications automation • Hands-on system administration of Windows Server 2016/2019/2022, Active Directory, server hardware, DNS, and DHCP • Advanced conversational English and Spanish essential • Candidates residing in Mexico must meet the stated Mexico work authorization/document requirements; foreigners must have valid INE, CURP, NSS, and RFC
