📋 Description

• Lead implementation teams through complex technical solutions with Appian and tangential technologies • Supports design, development, and test activities • Guide clients on architecture design, configuration management, DevSecOps, and other program initiatives as needed to drive technical success • Ensure solutions are built for scale and performance • Create and document implementation best practices as well as knowledge base articles for internal enablement • Provide thought leadership on process improvement • Support internal solutions, infrastructure, and tools • Mentorship, training, and enablement of resources

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience with Appian solutions • 5+ years of related IT experience • Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) or higher in Computer Science, Information Systems, Systems Engineering, or related area • Active Appian Senior or Lead Certification • Strong experience with Appian delivery using an Agile methodology • Strong technical design and implementation and problem-solving skills • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to work in a high-paced environment, multi-task (prioritize and manage), and work both independently and as a team
