📋 Description

• Preparation of billing data to be used in the billing of payers • Responsible for complying with contractual provisions with each agency • Submit invoices to agencies • Applies payments • Collects on unpaid claims • Prepares advance reconciliations • Enters information into computer databases for record keeping • Collaborates with other staff members • Ensures all compliance standards are met for audit purposes • Maintains confidentiality of records relating to clients • Identifies opportunities to improve processes

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required • Associate degree preferred • 2 years of experience relevant to the work performed • Experience with Microsoft Office products • Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures • Excellent written and oral communication skills • Ability to plan and organize daily work to meet strict deadlines • Strong attention to detail • Able to work with numbers and apply basic math skills
