📋 Description

• You’ll be at the helm of our marketing strategy, managing everything from product research to store optimization, driving innovation and strategic growth. • Partnering with the CEO and COO, you'll develop and implement cutting-edge strategies that drive our business forward. • Manage and lead the marketing team responsible for conversion rate optimization (CRO), average order value (AOV) optimization, email marketing, and media buying. • Lead and train the marketing team, providing strategic direction and support for each store’s success. • Monitor store performance, analyze metrics, and provide actionable feedback for continuous improvement. • Drive the success of advertising efforts, email campaigns, and conversion strategies, ensuring the team collaborates effectively to meet business goals. • Refine and develop marketing strategies based on performance data and industry trends.

🎯 Requirements

• Highly proficient in marketing Shopify stores, with hands-on experience in developing and implementing strategies to drive traffic, enhance user engagement, and optimize conversion rates. • Excel at leveraging digital marketing tools, SEO, and social media campaigns to achieve measurable growth and align with business objectives. • Proven track record of working with e-commerce brands, understanding the unique challenges and opportunities in these industries. • Bring at least 3 years of marketing management experience, demonstrating strong leadership skills and a consistent ability to drive results. • Experience managing the entire marketing team, ensuring effective collaboration and alignment across departments. • Successfully marketed low-ticket products, focusing on increasing conversions through strategic initiatives. • Hands-on experience handling marketing budgets of $5M per month, showcasing your ability to scale campaigns effectively while maintaining ROI. • Experienced in targeting and marketing to diverse audiences, including the EU and US markets. • Possess media buying and advertising expertise, with a proven ability to optimize campaigns for maximum performance. • Someone who thrives on challenges, enjoys finding creative solutions, and embraces innovation. • Additional experience in marketing automation and advanced media buying to enhance campaign efficiency further. • Bonus: Experience as a Marketing Director at high-growth e-commerce companies like Temu or Shein is a significant advantage.
