📋 Description

• Coordinate weekly touchbase meetings for active states and facilitate communication. • Maintain construction project data and ensure information flows from the field into reporting tools. • Capture detailed meeting minutes and action items in real time during calls. • Follow up with site managers to collect missing information. • Update the construction project tracker with current status and flags after each meeting. • Manage the construction team's meeting calendar and track action items assigned during meetings.

🎯 Requirements

• Three years of experience in project coordination, construction administration, or a similar support role • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams across different sites and time zones. • Proficiency with project tracking tools (Smartsheet, Excel, or similar platforms) and virtual meeting platforms (Teams, Zoom) • Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to produce clear meeting minutes, status reports, and executive-ready updates. • Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and maintain consistent follow-through with minimal supervision. • Comfort working in a fast-paced, multi-site environment with shifting priorities.
