📋 Description

• Create unique, defensible and highly consumable written business and technology insights • Serve as a leading authority on legal department AI topics • Stay abreast of external trends in artificial intelligence relevant to legal department audiences • Collaborate with peers and other experts across teams • Develop in-depth analysis to identify the root cause of a client’s challenges • Research, analyze and predict market trends • Provide clients and prospects with actionable advice • Provide sales support • Provide high-quality and timely peer review on peers’ research content • Actively participate in innovation & ideation discussions • Identify research process improvements or develop new processes • Being a mentor and a coach

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience • 12+ years of relevant field or industry experience in legal functional and/or technology leadership roles • Profound understanding of the challenges general counsel face • Experience successfully designing, implementing and managing legal AI strategies and initiatives • Deep first-hand knowledge of the legal tech landscape • In-depth knowledge of and experience with the vendor market related to AI tools • Familiarity and experience with primary vendors in this space • Experience and interest in advising senior levels of an organization • Strong organizational skills • Demonstrated excellence in research and writing ability • Strong written and verbal proficiency • Proficiency in analyzing and synthesizing data • Strong communication skills • Subject matter expertise & comfort presenting at large and small-scale speaking engagements • Strong business and financial acumen • Ability to work independently and collaborate across teams
