📋 Description

• Create innovative and thought-provoking insights for legal operations leaders • Deliver high-quality actionable advice through presentations and discussions • Collaborate with peers across teams to understand client challenges • Research, analyze and predict market trends and shifts • Provide sales support, serving as the voice of the market • Mentor and coach junior team members • Actively participate in innovation and ideation discussions • Develop new processes that help the team generate insights

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience • 12+ years of relevant field or industry experience • Subject matter expertise in legal department operations and legal process workflows • Strong ability to communicate business cases to legal leaders • Knowledge and experience with legal department technology tools • Executive presence; ability to establish credibility with executives • Strong organizational skills • Demonstrated excellence in research and writing ability • Strong written and verbal proficiency, analytical and presentation skills • Proficiency in analyzing and synthesizing data
