📋 Description

• Create innovative, thought provoking, and highly leveraged research content • Develop new research and ideas through thought leadership • Demonstrate thought leadership in establishing research positions across a team of analysts • Provide clients with actionable advice via virtual or face-to-face interactions • Create and deliver high value presentation materials • Actively participate in innovation, ideation, and research discussions • Mentor and coach junior team members • Build credibility as an industry expert and represent Gartner research and strategy

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; Graduate degree preferred • 12+ years of relevant field or industry experience • Strong organizational skills; ability to work under tight deadlines and produce high quality deliverables • Excellent research and writing ability • Strong written and verbal proficiency, analytical and presentation skills • Proficient in analyzing and synthesizing data • Strong business and financial acumen • Ability to work independently while supporting cross-team workflows • Willingness and ability to travel up to 25% (where applicable)
