📋 Description

• Lead the development of high-impact, technology-enabled enterprise, IT, and AI strategy insights • Translate complex technical domains into clear, decision-ready guidance • Deliver C-level ready insights and advisory • Develop strong, differentiated positions on emerging technology • Create and deliver clear, compelling presentations and written content • Continuously analyze and anticipate market trends • Provide rigorous review and actionable feedback on client strategic planning artifacts • Develop in-depth analysis to identify the root cause of a client’s barriers • Demonstrate thought leadership in establishing Insights positions across a team of analysts • Provide clients and prospects with actionable advice • Create and deliver high value presentation materials for Gartner events • Support BTI and Sales through market insights and engagement with clients • Build credibility as an industry expert • Actively participate in innovation, ideation, and research discussions • Mentor and coach junior team members • Be client-centric while actively seeking to help clients engage with Gartner insights

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; Graduate degree preferred • 12+ years of relevant field or industry experience • Strong foundational knowledge and experience in enterprise (business) strategy, IT Strategy and AI Strategy • Strong technical grounding in AI architecture, engineering, application development, and infrastructure • Proven experience leading or advising on technology-driven business transformation initiatives • Ability to translate deep technical insights into strategic, decision-ready guidance for CIOs, C-suite leaders, and boards • Hands-on experience working with senior IT leaders • Strong organizational skills; ability to work under tight deadlines • Strong written and verbal proficiency, analytical and presentation skills • Subject matter expertise; comfortable presenting at large and small-scale speaking engagements • Ability to work independently, while also being intrinsically motivated to collaborate across teams
