📋 Description

• Facilitate rapid delivery and iteration of new product features and improvements. • Use AI tooling as a daily part of your work. • Talk with customer(s) directly every week. • Achieve success through delivery rather than policy. • ‘Make the call’, expressing our company preference for agency and action over excessive discussion, escalation, and delay.

🎯 Requirements

• At least 4 years experience shipping new software products and features, not necessarily in a product management role. • Expert level knowledge of design systems and principles. • An understanding of poker at least to the level of a non-professional enthusiast. • Clear, professional English language communication skills (written and spoken). • A proven history of delivery at pace. • Experience with AI assistance.
