📋 Description

• Lead discovery sessions with clients on their business/ technical requirements/ process • Gather and intimately understand full requirements and document the scope of implementation • Help support & troubleshoot delivered work throughout implementation • Ensure client expectations are met / exceeded in terms of product set up and services delivered • Provide up-selling opportunities and funnel to appropriate channels • Tier 2 support for any escalated client issues related to financial instruments • Ensure implementation proceeds on-specification and budget • Participate in building and implementation of the solution • Articulate design rationale and functional strategy as it directly relates to accomplishing goals

• Intellectual Curiosity • Positivity • Kind, thoughtful, and respectful with a growth mindset • Proven experience in a corporate Treasury and/or Treasury Management software • Proven track record in project work including implementing treasury systems with good knowledge of project management tools • A good team player with ability to act on own initiative • Ability to quickly identify, analyze, and resolve problems / issues • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Proven organizational, leadership, and interpersonal skills and proven success working directly with clients • Excellent verbal and written communication skills – ability to interface and influence at multiple organizational levels • Excellent listening, presentation, and consultative skills • Able to multi-task, re-prioritize, and adapt to rapidly changing needs and fast pace environments • Strong interpersonal skills and comfortable dealing with senior managers in client based environments • Thorough understanding of Treasury functions within a Corporate Treasury, Financial Institutions or related field • Experience with Software-as-a-service technology solutions
