📋 Description

• Provide consultative technical leadership across a portfolio of managed enterprise customers • Own end-to-end technical accountability for customer solutions, including integrity, lifecycle management, and alignment with business objectives • Deliver Professional Services engagements within agreed scope, timelines, and customer expectations • Act as a trusted technical authority for complex customer environments across virtualization, Windows, and Linux solutions • Translate customer business and operational requirements into scalable, standardized service solutions • Drive risk management and compliance, advising on security standards, best practices, and audit readiness • Advocate for customers internally and support incident management and service performance • Coordinate with Service Management, Operations, Sales, third parties, and customer stakeholders • Manage and continuously improve customer experience • Apply industry trends, innovation, and best practices to enhance customer solutions and services • Provide technical leadership on complex accounts, mentor peers, and contribute to capability development • Support pre-sales activities and identify upsell opportunities • Maintain accurate documentation and reporting for governance and service transparency

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years’ experience in a Managed Service Provider environment • Ability to work autonomously in a multi-vendor, enterprise-scale environment • Working knowledge of IT service management concepts and practices, such as ITIL • Strong understanding of complex hosting solutions, Web Farms, Clustering and Multitenancy • Good understanding of security requirements in a solution • Advanced experience with Windows and Linux-based solutions • Hands-on experience building virtual datacentre environments • Hands-on experience with public cloud platforms: Azure, AWS or Google • Experience with Hybrid Cloud and On-prem to Public Cloud solutions • Experience designing hosting solutions fitting business requirements • Hands-on experience with Disaster Recovery or High Availability architecture • Commercial acumen, including understanding financial impacts and identifying cost-reduction opportunities • Strong executive presence and stakeholder management skills • Experience presenting to technical and senior leadership audiences • Experience working on major international and global accounts • Desirable: ITIL Foundation or higher • Desirable: Microsoft Windows Server Certification (AZ-802) • Desirable: VMware Virtualization certification (VCP, VSF) • Desirable: Public Cloud Certification (Azure Foundation or AWS Associate) • Desirable: Enterprise System Architecture and Strategy • Desirable: Advanced security-hosting (ACL, Policy, Patching, Firewall) • Desirable: Endpoint protection, detection, and response (e.g., XDR) • Desirable: Vulnerability management • Desirable: Cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud)
