📋 Description
• Own the end-to-end channel partner experience • Conduct research and behavioural data to inform design decisions and iterate quickly • Create IA, user flows, and interactive prototypes that demonstrate how to simplify complex processes • Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, product managers, engineers, and UX designers • Contribute to and evolve our Figma component library
🎯 Requirements
• 3–6 years of experience as a UX or Product Designer (B2B, enterprise a plus) • Strong understanding of UX Laws, Usability Heuristics, and Design Principles • Skilled in visual design with a portfolio of shipped work and real-world impact • Experience with design systems, component libraries, and accessibility principles • Proficient in Figma, Jira, Mural, Microsoft 365 • Strong communicator who can explain design decisions simply and concisely
