📋 Description
• Draft, review and negotiate commercial contracts and vendor agreements • Collaborate with cross-functional groups to understand and interpret business requirements into legal terms • Advise on data protection, privacy and cyber security matters • Work efficiently and adhere to tight timelines • Assist in development and enhancement of vendor contract review processes
🎯 Requirements
• JD Required • 2-4 years of experience at a top law firm or in-house platform, with meaningful exposure to commercial contracts and vendor agreements • Strong problem-solving skills • Excellent written and oral communication skills • Ability to operate in a stressful, deadline driven environment • Must be authorized to work in the US without current or future visa sponsorship or transfer
