📋 Description
• Delivery oversight across all phases of the engagement • Facilitation of phase review checkpoints and client progress reviews • Risk, dependency, and issue tracking with proactive remediation • Stakeholder communication and alignment • Coordination across engineering, AI, design, and product disciplines • Backlog alignment and delivery prioritization support • Ensuring delivery transparency, status reporting, and escalation management • Supporting a continuous delivery and iterative software deployment model • Maintaining alignment with POC timelines, scope priorities, and client expectations
🎯 Requirements
• 7+ years in software development or technical delivery • Proven success delivering complex projects in agile environments, meeting demanding timelines and quality expectations • Strong understanding of Enterprise AI platforms • Strong familiarity with AWS Cloud Services • Ability to leverage delivery metrics and performance data to inform strategies and optimize outcomes • Expertise in Data Synchronization concepts • Exceptional interpersonal and stakeholder management skills; confident managing executive-level relationships and escalations • PMP, Scrum Master, or other relevant technical/project management certifications are highly desirable. • Experience managing delivery teams across multiple time zones and geographies
