📋 Description

• Design, develop, and enhance Salesforce functionality using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Triggers, Batch Apex, Flows and platform APIs. • Build prototypes to validate requirements, support decision-making, and guide architectural direction. • Deliver clean, well-structured code that aligns with platform best practices and R&P engineering standards. • Collaborate with business stakeholders to refine requirements and propose effective technical approaches. • Develop customizations, automation, and integrations tailored to enterprise operational needs. • Contribute to solution design discussions across the full development lifecycle. • Support release processes, including documentation, deployment workflows, and post-release stabilization. • Build integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST, SOAP, Bulk, and Streaming APIs. • Participate in architectural planning to ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with business objectives. • Write and maintain unit tests to support predictable, stable deployments.

🎯 Requirements

• B.S. in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience. • 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience. • Salesforce Certified Developer (required); Platform Developer I/II or App Builder preferred. • Expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, and platform APIs. • Strong background integrating Salesforce with enterprise systems using SOAP, REST, Bulk, and Streaming APIs. • Ability to operate autonomously and collaborate across distributed teams.
