📋 Description
• Acquisition and management of projects in the areas of thermal protection, cooling, acoustic and fire protection • Responsible for project management and leadership of project and site teams • Technical consulting for our clients in the process industry and building services engineering • Sourcing and obtaining tender documents • Cost estimation and preparation of proposals/quotes • Preparation of specifications (bills of quantities) and planning documentation • Ensuring compliance with all technical, schedule and financial objectives • Preparation of measurements and project documentation • Negotiation, awarding and coordination of materials and subcontractor services • Project monitoring and follow-up
🎯 Requirements
• Degree in engineering or vocational qualification as a technician • Experience in project management of construction-related projects, including project controlling, is desirable • Experience in technical sales and commercial/financial knowledge are an advantage • Strong cost awareness and a sales-oriented mindset • Confident demeanor with strong communication skills and articulate customer-facing abilities • Independent, reliable working style and strong problem-solving skills • Outgoing, open-minded personality with a pronounced team spirit
