📋 Description

• Organization, planning, preparation and execution of projects in the areas of heating, cooling and building fire protection as well as related trades • Overall responsibility for project management and leadership of project and construction site teams • Technical consulting for our customers in the process industry and building services engineering (facility services) • Taking measurements and preparing project documentation • Cost estimation and preparation of quotations and change orders • Preparation of specifications and planning documents • Ensuring all technical, schedule and financial objectives are met • Negotiation, awarding and coordination of materials and subcontractor services • Project tracking and project controlling

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in engineering, industrial engineering or technical business administration (alternatively trained as a technician or master craftsman) • Experience in project management of construction-related projects, including project controlling, is desirable • Experience in technical sales and commercial knowledge are an advantage • Strong cost awareness and quality mindset, combined with a high safety awareness • Confident presence as well as strong communication and negotiation skills in customer contact • Independent, reliable working style and ability to solve problems in collaboration with our internal service departments • Outgoing, approachable personality with a pronounced team spirit
