• Designing, implementing and continuously developing the ESG strategy in close cooperation with executive management • Supporting the operational business units in identifying and implementing sustainability and ESG projects • Analyzing and implementing group-wide requirements for reporting obligations related to sustainability activities • Participating in the planning, preparation and coordination of audits • Conducting life cycle analyses, carbon footprint calculations and KPI development • Promoting employee awareness through target-group-specific measures
• Degree with a focus on sustainability or ESG management, or equivalent qualification • Practical experience in sustainability management in accordance with ISO 14001, ISO 50001 or EMAS • Proactive engagement with new projects and committed implementation of resulting measures • Pragmatic, analytical and results-oriented working style • Passion for sustainability • Confident presence and strong communication skills • Interest in working in intercultural teams • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally • Fluent German and very good English skills
