📋 Description

• Responsible for the completion, maintenance, and tracking of all EHR related activities • Involves significant amount of data entry • Ensure all data is properly entered in real time into multiple EHR systems • Run the Support Help Desk • Problem solve and resolve data issues for clinical staff • Maintain communication with Clinical Staff and Supervisors to research, reconcile, and resolve questions concerning Clinical Paperwork, EHR Database, MHWin system, or any ongoing electronic Processes

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma required • At least 2 years of business experience • At least 2 years of experience working in an Electronic Health Record is required • Must be proficient in a variety of computer programs including MS Office • Must have excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills • Must have excellent organization and attention to detail skills in order to track and prepare data accurately and timely • Must have the ability to problem solve and to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, or schedule form • Experience with working in a PCE Electronic Health Record is preferred but not required
