📋 Description

• Manage comprehensive toll-free number lifecycle including inventory maintenance • Diagnose and troubleshoot toll-free number functionality issues • Monitor performance metrics and analyze usage patterns • Ensure compliance with international telecommunications regulations • Provide technical support to partner organizations • Configure and troubleshoot Genesys Cloud CX platform settings • Generate ad hoc global call reporting

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications or related field • 5+ years of experience in telecommunications support • Strong knowledge of Genesys Cloud CX platform • Experience with international telecommunications infrastructure, particularly in APAC and EU markets • Proficiency in SIP protocols and VoIP systems • Excellent communication skills • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
