📋 Description

• Manage Physician Coding Projects • Oversee Global and Domestic coding teams • Coordinate training and project development

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree • 7 years of relevant experience (Relevant experience may be substituted for formal education or advanced degree) • CPC from AAPC • Minimum of 3 years people management experience • Experience managing coding teams on large projects • Experience with project management within an academic medical center • Specialty credentials from the AAPC (nice to have) • Proficiency in multiple specialties (nice to have) • Good written and oral skills (nice to have) • Proficient with technology (nice to have)
