📋 Description

• Lead technical discovery and define the customer’s desired future-state solution. • Deliver product demos that highlight functionality, integration, and business impact. • Collaborate with AEs to build compelling win themes and value narratives. • Qualify or disqualify opportunities based on technical fit and enable AEs to run effective demos. • Design comprehensive solutions based on the customer’s “as-is” and “to-be” environments. • Define integration scope, hardware requirements, and technical feasibility. • Develop repeatable frameworks and documentation for solution design. • Align cross-functional teams (AEs, TAMs, Product) on architecture and implementation approach. • Approve and guide on-site demos and trials, ensuring readiness and measurable success criteria. • Lead or support trial installations, data reviews, and final outcome presentations. • Manage hardware logistics and coordinate setup, shipment, and customer requirements. • Drive SOW creation, ensuring technical accuracy, alignment, and readiness for implementation.

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years of manufacturing or engineering experience (implementing hardware of IoT solutions a plus) • Ability and willingness to travel up to 60% of the time. • Experience selling or supporting sales teams in the manufacturing industry.
