📋 Description

• Guide overall solution strategy and lead architectural governance • Ensure delivery success by aligning client goals with scalable, maintainable Guidewire solutions • Act as a cross-functional thought partner—working closely with Engagement Managers, customer executives, developers, and product teams • Investigate and implement tools, techniques, and processes for managing configuration and requirements • Conduct elaboration sessions to capture requirements beyond InsuranceSuite such as data, reporting, analytics, forms, integrations • Define requirements and validate specifications that leverage Guidewire Products and technology • Act as Guidewire lead for a functional / technical workstream • Provide mentorship and oversight to BA team members • Review and approve requirements definitions • Anticipate application risks and proactively develop mitigation strategies • Act as a trusted advisor to customer business and leadership teams • Present proposed solutions and roadmaps to senior stakeholders with clarity and confidence • Collaborate with Product, R&D, and Cloud teams to resolve product questions and surface roadmap needs • Contribute to internal architecture standards and mentor junior Architects • Participate in business architecture forums and knowledge-sharing sessions

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in enterprise software business architecture, with relevant delivery experience • German language skills • Proven ability to define business application solutions across multiple workstreams or regions • Demonstrated ability to develop requirements that maximize use of base functionality • Proficiency in Agile delivery and hybrid cloud implementation strategies • Involvement in pre-sales, including reviewing value delivery of proposed solution • Ability to lead and inspire others through collaboration • Travel for onsite client engagements as required (up to 50%) • Demonstrated ability to embrace AI and apply it to your current role as well as data-driven insights to drive innovation, productivity, and continuous improvement.
