📋 Description

• Ensure completion of monthly accounting activities, including journal entries, accruals, balance sheet reconciliations, bank reconciliations, fixed assets, prepaid expenses and gross margin analysis. • Prepare, analyze, and review general ledger account reconciliations as part of the month-end close process. • Provide in-depth analysis to assist in the preparation of the consolidated financial statements. • Ensure compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) as well as state and local compliance requirements including sales tax. • Perform accounting and financial analyses to identify key trends and support critical estimates, such as accruals and reserves. • Collaborate cross-functionally and serve as a business partner to aid in the preparation and reporting of financial results. • Provide audit assistance- supporting information, PBC schedules, and explanations as needed. • Perform additional duties as assigned by the Corporate Finance Team

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting required; Master’s degree preferred • 5+ years of experience in Finance and/or Accounting • Knowledge of US Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) • Proficient in MS Office suite • Strong month-end close experience within a multi-entity business environment • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Experience with a major ERP system such as Sage Intacct, Net Suite, or similar
