📋 Description

• Draft and review firm engagement letters, conflict waiver letters, outside counsel guidelines • Prioritize and manage a high volume of emails and other communications related to conflicts and new client engagements • Manage and respond to partner requests for changes in client engagement letters • Assist in training other firm members in drafting engagement letters and conflicts waivers, as required • Assist with a wide range of research and other requests as needed • Perform other duties and projects as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience • Minimum of two years’ legal experience, preferably in new business intake and/or conflicts in a mid to large-sized law firm • Preferred Knowledge of legal processes, business entities, and transactional concepts, including financing, emerging companies, and M&A, as they relate to conflicts of interest • Familiarity with legal ethics, risk management, and the Rules of Professional Conduct • Experience with Intapp, Contract Express, iManage, and Aderant • Experience in a transactional law firm environment
