📋 Description

• Conduct outbound B2B cold calls to prospective clients across U.S. markets. • Qualify prospects and set appointments for the sales team. • Follow up with leads via phone, email, and LinkedIn to build relationships and nurture interest. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all prospect interactions in the CRM system. • Achieve or exceed daily and weekly activity targets (calls, connections, appointments booked). • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies and messaging. • Participate actively in team meetings, trainings, and performance reviews.

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in B2B cold calling or appointment setting. • Excellent spoken English and strong verbal communication skills. • Confidence and professionalism when speaking with business owners or executives. • Experience calling U.S.-based businesses is highly preferred. • Familiarity with dialer tools (e.g., Aircall, PhoneBurner, or similar) and team communication platforms like Slack. • Strong work ethic, coachability, and a competitive drive to succeed. • Willingness to work night shifts aligned with U.S. Eastern Time (EST).
