📋 Description

• Support order templating and order-related data management • Prepare, update, organize, and maintain Excel reports and spreadsheets • Assist with preparing regular operational and performance reports • Review reports, drafts, templates, and documents for accuracy, completeness, and consistency • Perform basic quality assurance checks on data, reports, and order-related information • Identify errors, missing information, inconsistencies, or discrepancies and coordinate corrections with the relevant team • Ensure order templates and reports follow required formats and internal guidelines • Maintain accurate records and proper documentation • Use basic Excel formulas, sorting, filtering, and formatting to manage and organize data • Assist with data validation and cross-checking information across reports or sources • Support preparation of drafts, documents, and other team materials • Maintain confidentiality and accuracy when handling business and operational information • Assist with reporting, quality assurance, and administrative tasks as required

🎯 Requirements

• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome • Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel • Strong attention to detail and accuracy • Comfortable working with reports, spreadsheets, drafts, and documents • Basic understanding of quality checking or data validation is an advantage • Good organizational and time-management skills • Ability to identify errors and inconsistencies • Good written and verbal communication skills • Willingness to learn new processes and tools • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
