• You will shape the establishment and further development of our marketing and communications function • You will develop a clear brand strategy in collaboration with the company’s leadership • You will establish structures and processes • You will help ensure our company presents itself consistently, authentically, and effectively • You will work both conceptually and operationally to implement marketing and communications activities
• Degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field • Several years of professional experience (min. 5 years) in corporate communications or marketing • Ideally experience in building or further developing marketing and communications structures • Strong strategic brand understanding and the ability to translate concepts into effective initiatives, combined with a keen sense for language, design, and visual communication • Experience managing external partners and project management • Proficiency with common office applications and, ideally, experience with content management systems and social media tools • Structured, independent, and solution-oriented working style, with strong communication skills, creativity, organizational talent, and a hands-on mentality • Enjoyment in building new structures, taking responsibility, and actively shaping change • Excellent German skills and good written and spoken English
