📋 Description
• Provide exceptional client service primarily through phone, email, and chat communication • Interpret client needs and utilize HRIS and CRM software • Partner with SMEs and Tier 3 to resolve inquiries • Document and track client contacts accurately • Act as a contact for escalated cases from various departments • Participate in outbound calling campaigns or internal team projects • Provide training and mentoring to other associates
🎯 Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent • 3 years minimum related work experience • Advanced MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint • Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills • Call center experience preferred • 35 wpm typing speed preferred
