📋 Description

• Working with Critical Account Program customers as the senior technical resource • Onboarding premium services customers and providing ongoing care • Identifying suboptimal designs and consulting on correction plans • Troubleshooting bugs with engineering escalation team • Building strong relationships with customers and internal teams

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or other Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience • Typically, 10+ years’ experience • A deep understanding of one or more areas of enterprise networking • Modern enterprise network design, implementation and troubleshooting skills • WAN/Data Center Design • Security solutions proficiency • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills • Strong history of troubleshooting with customers • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; mastery in English and local language
