📋 Description

• Troubleshoot equipment and network problems and track JTAC cases. • Hold network information gathering workshops with the Customer. • Produce a written summary report on the status of design projects. • Hold technology workshops with the customer and provide case status updates. • Train the customer’s design, implementation, and support personnel. • Assess the health of a network based on HPE Juniper products. • Support the production environment of HPE Juniper products.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of design, implementation, and operational experience in large-scale IP networks. • JUNOS CLI experience. • Must have large-scale experience with routing devices MX & PTX. • An understanding of the protocols surrounding IP service provider networks. • Skills include TCP/IP and MPLS fundamentals, IP/Routing experience (OSPF, ISIS, BGP, MPLS-TE, RSVP, LDP, IPv6, Routing Policy). • Routing protocol operation, migration, and scaling mechanisms. • Routing policies at BGP peering points. • VPNs and associated tunneling technologies (MPLS, L3VPN, VPLS, MVPN). • Ethernet switching and 802.1Q, QoS Class of service. • Background in automation with Ansible, YAML, and HPE Juniper PyEZ. • Experience writing automation scripts in Python. • Ability to communicate effectively in crises with all levels of an organization. • Strong customer interface and presentation skills. • Expert-level technical certifications (JNCIS, JNCIP, JNCIE, CCNP, and CCIE) are a strong plus.
