• Responsible for executing strategic and operational plans • Drives daily sales objectives focusing on territory growth • Develops and executes territory business plans in a quarterly quota-based system • Directs training and education during account launches • Makes clinical and economic presentations to customers and committee members • Maintains company standards of ethical and moral character • Collaborates with clinical specialists and aligns team around business plan • Transfers account knowledge to leadership team regularly
• Must demonstrate outstanding product knowledge • Ability to train new hires and share best practices • Build and maintain solid customer relationships • Develop and execute corporate contracts • Capability to control territory expenses and product inventory
